Please find attached a mass emailer script. i need it configured where rather then it sending all the emails at once, it only sends 100 emails every 3 minutes, to avoid from spamming. so i should be able to put in 50000 emails and it will only send 100 every 3 minutes. a database should be setup to configure this. a copy of the database and file should also be sent to me for backup when completed.
