Hello, my name is andrew groom, and im looking for someone to help me, to create a new, vibrant virtual world for tweens. ideally, depending on what you are comfortable designing with, i would like avatars ect, made out of flash and other parts simply javascript. i am currently only 15, and i have a small amount of cash to start getting my project on the road, but please don't mistake or mis-judge me, as i have a lot of experience, and i am very inspired and motivated to get this to happen. because of the situation i am in, im looking for someone to work for £55 or under, and help and advise me once the site is on-line. the world i want to create should be (browser based) and similar to www.vizwoz.com, a 2d flash avatar chat, but without some of the more complex features such as customisable rooms (account made on vizwoz for you to try (helpmemakeit) and password (helpmemakeit) the world has been descried to be a mix between the graphics of vizwoz, the community of habbo and the mix and activities of club penguin. im asking for the developer to design something (in free time, no date set as such) where i can send over our graphics and they can be put into the world, and basically to turn my ideas into reality! the world should be browser based, and there should ideally be a administration panel as well as a moderation panel. (next bit of writing from a ideas informal brainstorm!) what we need is a log in then you go to a map where you chose from sevral places to visit, each of these has sevral rooms to go to via links from the previous place. a friends list, a private message, and you can change your avatar with sevral selections of clothes for boys and girls accounts. there should also be a virtual currency built in to, where there are credits that can be spent on clothes and other things. there should be 3 user levels, a normal one where people can just join and chat, a moderater level with special permissions and a admin level which is same as mod but with normal clothing and a few other things. i have experience of running these type things and want to make a nice well run bored busting world! i have a team who would like to create all the graphics, rooms, and other things, but i really need someone with a basic framework, and who can put all these things into operation for me. it would also be helpful for the designer to be able to pop a few rooms on now and again, when we get to design it. thanks so much for reading, im sure there's something i have missed, but i can resolve things like this with the chosen designer. I need a text tool module to lie on my product_info.php i have a t-shirt shop using oscommerce. i have an ajax shirt switcher on each product page. in addition to this i need a button that says 'add text'. when the client clicks this button it will bring up a lightbox popup with the text tool module. on the left side we will have a long blank grey space and on the right side we have a control panel with various options. here the client can select from the first dropdown box which will be text size, second bropdown box the text category, and third category will be the fonts that are dynamically populated depending on the category. each font will be listed as 'sample text' and be displayed in that font style in that third dropdown box. then below that will be a color pallete where the client will choose the text color (default will be black). the client can type words in the grey area on the left side and depending on the options on the right side it will change the font, size and color. then we have a 'save text' button when the client is finished choosing their text. the lightbox pop-up will close and we will see the text displayed on the shirt. we will need this text displayed also very small right under the 'add text' button and a tiny 'cancel' button where the client can delete the text and a tiny 'change' button where the client can open the text tool module back up and make changes to the existing text. also, we will need a way to position the text on the shirt that is displayed. here is a link for an example product in my store, so that you get a better idea. http://www.bigcitydvd.com/product_info.php?cpath=23&products_id=93 the 'add text' button can be place below the shirt and above the section that says 'this product was added to our catalog on thursday 29 october, 2009.'. we will also need to add the text (if any) to the shopping cart information once the client selects 'add to cart'. you will need skills in php, ajax, oscommerce, and possibly flash.

Hello freelancers, we are in need of a circular menu using css/jquery/ajax coding done to a high quality and professionally. we were working on a circular related category design menu. i just noticed that ning.com had *exactly* what i was thinking of doing on their home page! which is quite astonishing really. please view the ning.com home page first. this should give you a clear specification immediately. we have 300 images that relate to 300 exact business categories. plus a database/list of categories. so if i choose "business services" category for example, the 8 images that appear on the outside circle will be the top 8 business categories that relate to that, which are in the list as: 1.advertising 2.marketing 3.recruitment agencies 4.management consultants 5.training 6.graphic design 7.general office services 8.small business so if i click another image on the outer circle it will suggest 8 more related categories in the outer circle and so on. so the mechanism here is 2 pages. 1st page - just a search box, we assume for this project the user has typed in "business services". (one ning it shows top 8 categories and asks you to pick one) (for this purpose we just assume the first outer circle result is business services, it will change to the nearest category that you type in search box later) 2nd page - 8 outer images appear in a concentric circle, of 8 related business services. if a user clicks on an image, another set of 8 related categories are found and their images sourced and displayed. the mechanism is exactly the same as the ning.com homepage, you can see exactly what we need there. the principal is identical, except we only focus on business categories. on ning, they focus on social networks in that category. it's more jquery than css really. source files are in xara xtreme pro/jpg/photoshop. we don't need this done very quickly critically in days, but within a few weeks from start. so not at the expense of quality. time frames can be discussed. the budget is around $50-$70. please submit your proposals and your work plan how and when it will be completed on time! regards,

I am looking for someone to help me do some coding in php/perl, mysql and web interface. the project is about reading bookmarks from a web browser (firefox) and getting such information as title, url and frecency from the bookmarks. based on these urls (bookmarks) the program crawls to these sites and reads the contents of each site and saves it as text document ( x/html tags are removed) in mysql database. from these saved documents, unique word frequencies are conducted and saved in the database as inverse tables. i would then want the program to compare these documents based on frequencies of the words in each document(url) and possibly words from the title tags and see if any relationship (literal, syntatic, semantic) can be drawn. the result of the program could be depicted in a graph inside a x/html illustrating bookmarks that have similar or near similar content.

I am trying to increase video views for youtube videos. this certain one is embedded on a page and i am trying to figure out a way to programmaticly click the play button on the video. i don't really care what language it is as long as its webbase or vb.net i know there is a way to do this with javascript. the whole point to it is that youtube views don't count if the video is on autoplay so i am trying to get it to just click the play button.
