I am looking for a capable person who is familiar with a real estate service area (dwelling) database, who can do both a clean up of an established database of 16,532 records, that needs cleansing, as well as an import of 5,000 further records. the records will need to be matched against the existing database which will be provided in an excel spreadsheet format, and then cleansed. the imported data will be provided via pdf and a fields example provided. there will be 6 fields needed to be added or cleansed property address owners name owners address phone number lot number sale date the majority of the 16,532 records have been cleaned, however, it does need checking due to a loss of a staff member. thank you for your consideration of this job, and look forward to working with the successful person. prior experience in this service would be favoured, however, definitely not necessary.

So, what i need is basically an assistant who can work with me doing different tasks. this relationship can last many years if we make it work! so, the 2 main tasks now are: 1) ebay/webcart product uploading: i will give you an excel spreadsheet with the description, pictures and everything you need to complete the forms. webcart uploading is done through the website, it is a very easy process. all you need to do is enter some information in a couple fields and then hit send. ebay uploading is a bit more complicated. i use turbolister which makes it easier, and you should be able to use that program too. it is approximately 3000 products that you will need to upload. 2) telephone answering service: we have an 866 number but we cant pick up the phone most of the time, so customers just hang up and dont leave messages. i need you to be able to receive all the calls, take messages (send email immediately) and receive some customers orders (if they are "easy" enough) or forward the call to my cell phone. we should be able to find some software that can handle this. call should be received from 8am to 6pm (at least) central us time. so, these are the two main things we need to do. some other stuff like inventory control will come later, but we need to focus on this first. i need you to bid per uploaded item and per call answered. we sell car parts, so if you are familiar with them, that is a big bonus. let me know what you can do for me... thanks please post here but also email me directly to fbdcal@yahoo.com thank you
